We went to Dreams after visiting other bedroom stores looking for a pull out sofa style bed and was met by Mark.Did not have what we were looking for exactly but was able to source another type after some time.He was very patient with us and obviously knowledgeable in his work.Everthing was sorted and after couple of weeks the bed arrived and now has a place in the grandkids room.Couldn't be happier.Top marks all round.

As soon as we walked in the store in Paisley the sales assistant could see we were confused as to the huge variety of beds available - Margaret ask if we knew the type we were looking for ie hard medium soft ?
She suggested using the in store mattress electronic device that could help us choose the correct one - we did and we chose a medium gel king size mattress.
Margaret was with us all the way on this critical shop decision. Get this wrong and your sleep could end up terrible for years to come.
Her attention and detailed knowledge made our final decision easier.

Excellent customer service in the store. Mark and Becky were lovely. Very patient and happy to answer all of our questions and we had lots! No hard sell just friendly advice. We are really looking forward to getting our new bed and it only takes a week for the delivery. Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience today at Dreams Abbotsinch Paisley, all thanks to Paula. She was super informative and helped us find our perfect mattress through the use of the Sleepmatch technology system. Paula greeted us as soon as we entered the store with a lovely smile and warm welcome. She made our experience extremely bespoke and personable which we appreciated. Great Bed Expert and top quality service! We would happily say that we purchased today in store because of Paula and we can?t thank her enough.

Not my own purchase but was there with my mum who is getting on a bit in years. Needed a new bed ideally looking for something that sits a bit higher than normal sized.
We were approached by Mark, who turns out was the store manager, my initial thoughts when approached are to tell them where to go, but he was so nice and chatted a bit to see what we were looking for. Looked at a couple then went on the Sleep Matcher, or whatever it's called to monitor what type of support was best suited.
It worked amazingly, Mark took my mum to see a few more beds and mattress types before she settled on the first one she had tried.
Went through the whole process smoothly and despite Mark's taste in American Football teams we got on really well with him and the rest of the staff in store.
Dreams this team in Paisley may be the reasons I go back there when I'm looking myself for a new bed, absolute credit to your company and many could learn from their approach.

Purchased a couple of mattresses from the Abbotsinch branch . My son tried the mattress selector that helped you get the mattress that suited you best to get a great nights sleep . Encouraged by the lovely blonde lady . Think her name was Diane or Paula ? Mark the manager was also a terrific help . Purchased about a year ago from Gerry for my daughter. Always great service! Don?t hesitate to give them a go . Be back when i need a new bed . Many thanks .
