was in today with my 2 grandkids. Louise was amazing listening to my 5 year-old chattering I'm and making her feel special as she cut her hair. fave fab advise to my 12 year-old grandaughter taking time to talk to her about what she wanted. it was so good to see my 12 year old smile as she saw her hair. thanks Louise you are such a lovely person and an asset to the company
