I?ve faced this issue twice now even though I complained about it, and will do now again. I?ve ordered the cheeseburger pizza specifically for the sauce on top as this is the only pizza two of my guests eats and both two last times I?ve received them without the sauce and barely any toppings. I felt quite embarrassed, and honestly I should?ve not ordered again after last time.

Last night I ordered a custom pizza with 2 toppings: Tomato's and vegetarian peperoni, since I don't eat meat.
What came was a pizza that had those on top but bits of ham underneath.
When I called the restaurant, they asked me to bring the pizza back and they would make me a new one, and insisted that's all they could do. After speaking to their manager, they sent me a refund. So in the end, I wasted a good half hour to an hour of my time ordering and collecting this pizza, and they couldn't compensate me anything more than what I paid.
Absolutely horrible service. In the end, I got a refund for my order, but if you have dietary restriction AVOID!
