Absolutely appalling customer service. Called at 10.40pm to ask if cookies were still available to collect. Employee on the phone said yes then proceeded to rudely hang up the phone straight after. Will not be returning. Shockingly rude. Looks like staff need some training on their manners and social skills.

This experience is from me Xingzi li I'm just writing about this domino's pizza in darnley and I think I love domino's pizza I'm so addicted to too much pizza and I love the pepperoni pizza pepperoni pizza with sweetcorn and the garlic bread pizza and the gluten free pepperoni passion also the cheeky little pepperoni and another of the pepperoni passion also the 2 domino's cookies and the cheeky little pizza vegi classic and I also love the cheeky little pizza with cheese and tomato and I also love the cheeky little pizza with sausage and bacon and I also love the texas bbq pizza with tangy bbq sauce topped with smokey bacon, chicken breast strips, onions, green peppers and red peppers and I also love the gluten free texas bbq pizza and I also love the diet coke and I also love the gluten free vegi supreme especially I love the new yorker pizza and I also love the plant based American hot pizza and I also love the chick N mix box a mix of all my favourites, 4 chicken strippers, 4 chicken kickers and chicken wings served with a garlic and herb dip and bbq dip and I also love the lightly spicy chicken wings with red hot dip also I love the strippers and wedges combo with 1 bbq dip and 1 honey mustard dip and I also love the plant based nuggets and I also love the fanta orange and I want to make my own pizza here as well and I'm gonna be ordering on line in the future and in the future I'm going to come here since I'm so addicted to too many pizza on the menu here at domino's pizza glasgow darnley and this is from me Xingzi li and I support the lgbt community

I use to ordered here many times but from last 2 -3 times their pizza quality is worthless. There is not enough cheese and toppings. This time my pizza and garlic bread was burnt. It looks like we are paying only for dough base. Never come back here again. It?s better to eat Papa johns.

Absolutely disgusting service yesterday....dead fly on food . Ignorant woman on the phone took me an hour almost to have it rectified , sent me an emailAddress to send the pictures to email address not working , woman in shop said it's not from shop the shop is clean which I have no doubt it wasn't being a customer for years and things happen in this heat but she said it wasn't from there insinuating I was a liar I collected a random fly cooked it put it on the pizza to give u a call and cause myself stress after yesterday dealing with it . Person who eventually brought second pizza to the door told me to check that one for flys tooCouldn't eat any of it it gave me no confidence , it's been 1 full day still waiting on customer service £50 order in the bin !!Terrible customer service and the woman on the fone was insinuating I was a liar poor English when speaking couldn't understand what I was trying to say to her !!! She then calls me back gives me an excuse of how the fly got there , when I don't really care it should have been checked in "QUALITY CHECK" Please don't tell me to write on pizzreview because I've done that and had no word back ! Quality check shouldMean checking that things are right before it's sent out !!! Disgusting how you treat customers not even so much as an apology ???Please stop removing my comment I was not refunded for this either !! As advised.Rude reply's via complaints , I will be taking this to trading standards was offered a refund this was not honoured I've now received a voucher to use again and will never use this place again . Rotten to the core

The 2 medium pizza with 2 sides was very dry half cooked garlic bread, Hardly any sauce and toppings, very thin paper pizzas disappointing as you also gave us two garlic breads can?t even get our order right! This domino should be ashamed of themselves and would recommend everyone to avoid this dominos as they are cheap skates on food but charging us normal prices!

Ordered well in advance for collection. Arrived on time. Saw my name on the screen which said my pizzas were ready. Lady looked miserable and said ?you will wait 15 minutes more?. I was pretty shocked.Then they said the printer wasn?t working for the labels and can?t give me my pizza until fixed. Overheard some guys in the back saying the pizza wasn?t ready. But I could clearly see pizzas on the heating rack. Turns out my pizzas were ready. They sat on the heating rack for another five minutes. Not exactly fresh.When I got home the margarita tasted like fish. They were extremely stingy with the toppings with hardly any cheese or tomato and a very broad crust. Staff are disorganised and miserable.Not an enjoyable experience at all.

Ordered a two for Tuesdays, one Texas BBQ and one Margarita. £23.99. Got home and I was given 2 Texas BBQs which isn?t ideal because my wife is a vegetarian. Phoned to complain and was told I?ll be given a 50% refund. This still has not happened and now Domino?s Darnley are cutting me off when I try to call them. Personal visit will be made tomorrow but this review is justified and can be submitted now.
