Absolutely dire service. Order on just eat. Food failed to arrive. They came up with excuses that my number was wrong despite it not being. Staff member was ignorant and argumentative. Absolutely hopeless, awaiting a refund which they will probably get wrong as well. Won?t be using them again.

Still dont accept cash again following covid times and not to mention trying to rip you off with buy one get one free offers £12 pizza that ends up £23.99 must think customers are stupid

Ordered my pizza to collect was ready when i arrived had to wait 10 minutes to be served guy at the till was oblivious to me standing their whilst someone was arguing about the price of a pizza got my pizza eventually and it was cold would not order again

Had deleted the Dominos app months ago after a bad experience.
Gave Dominos another try this evening and it was great!
Ordered online
Food was delivered hot as though it had just been taken out the oven and tasted superb.
So glad we gave it another go.
Many thanks to the staff at Dominos Giffnock for a great meal!

Ordered delivery online. Delivered and minus chicken strippers, plus make your own pizza had sauce on topping (which was not ordered). Phoned, male staff member become argumentative. Finally said I would get refund for strippers and pizza??.I?m still waiting!!!!.. As a regular highly disappointed

I'm from Edinburgh and new to giffnock, was just walking by and excited after seeing domino's. The guy in the store was very hospitable and the pizza he made was so delicious and looked so amazing . Never thought a pizza could look so good. By just the appearance made me soo hungry. The best ever pizza company.

Went in to order a couple of garlic pizza breads at 10:40 pm on a Thursday night. They looked as tho they were cleaning up and getting ready to close. I politely asked if they were open and was advised they close in 5 minutes with no real welcome to say I could order but a blank look as thou I should leave. So as I didn?t want to keep anyone behind I quietly left. As I was checking for the next available place I could order something to eat locally on Google the store opening hours were displayed as 11pm. So either the store closed at 11pm and you had 20 mins remaining or you really need to update your opening times online. If you do not want business after a certain time this should be clear also. Surely you cannot turn down business when you have 20 minutes remaining.

I think that to charge £2.50 for a delivery that went round the houses when I stay a minute away ridiculous the pizza was lukewarm and most of it went in the bin I?ve been using Dominos for years but as there?s plenty of other places in the area doing pizzas I don?t think we will be using them

The male staff member on the phone this evening was extremely argumentative. My two children wanted a treat and the food we received for the price we paid was not acceptable. A dried out flat pizza that hadn?t risen.I called up and the girl stated she would send out a replacement, waited patiently on the replacement for 1 hour & 15mins called again to check where it was to be put on hold then a young man came on the phone to be told rudely ?we give you free food all the time, we aren?t sending free food out?I have never known Dominoes to hand out ?free food? The time you are referring to was when the pizza was completely black and the full burnt pizza was handed back to your driver when the replacement was given. Never once have we been given free food. Would not return to here purely down to your staffs accusations and argumentative manner,

Just had the best pizza ever ? dominos Giffnock has always been the best in Glasgow but tonight?s pizza was exceptional!!! The symmetry of every slice with its toppings was a work of art, every slice was the same and so much sauce ? my partner actually called them to say how awesome it was ?. 5 guys working behind the counter tonight and it was so busy ? great job guys and keep these guys working together ?? best wishes Louise
