Pizza was phenomenal nothing to complain about just a genuinely good pizza

We placed an order for BBQ Ranch pizza and a Festive one. The BBQ pizza came with cranberry sauce on it and my daughter wouldn't eat it. She then proceeded to bite into the wedges, only to realise it was still frozen. I called the store and the employee immediately jumped to coupons. No offer of rectifying the issue, considering my daughter's sitting with no dinner now. He then proceeded to blame the weather for the wedges being frozen. When I say frozen, I mean frozen. They weren't cold and cooked, they were still hard.
Really poor service from this store and I have never had an issue previously. Usually spot on but the fact remains, zero attempt to do the right thing. Just wanted it off his plate.

Ye know when the sauces make you're meal , I love honey and mustard sauce, but can you get it easily, no. So I called last week and asked can I get them. Now it's available on the app but did they deliver ..... No they ran out, like is there a shortage. I'm sick of piss poor service, it's only cos I thought I was getting them and the delivery guy said " oh did the manager not call you" we don't have them. We ran out. Why is the option to order them there then

Paid for a double decadence. No sauce in between the bases. Just 2 thin bases stuck togegher. Thats the first dominos I've had in ages. And it'll be the last. Also the chicken wings were cold

Such an amazing experience for me. i am an autstic mute and ordering for me is normally so difficult but today it was perfect. I dont know the name of the man who took my order all i know is he was a short man with brown hair he also had facial hair working at 16:30 on Thursday 18th April- this man needs recognition.
I walk in and within 30 seconds i am asked how i can be helped i show him the written note on my phone explaining my communication barrier and my order. After reading the note from my phone he started putting my order in before asking me if i would like a different size as it was £1 cheaper however he asked in a way that allowed me to answer by moving my head saying "would you like this size it is slightly cheaper" whilst showing me the box. He told me it would be 10 minutes hover the pizza was ready in just under that time and as i left he told me to have a good day. He was very patient and this was amazing service!

The way u I got my order was utterly disgraceful. Pizza looked liked it was thrown into the box. The topping was all over the place I have taken photos and I'm going to put them on your pages on Facebook to show people not to order from u ever again. How can u take peoples money and send food out like it has been thrown all over the place.
