Never ever order online here.Always send incomplete order, happened to me multiple times. After spending so much time to get the incomplete order, they agreed to send the remaining order with another delivery person but no one came, called after 2 hours and then they finally agreed for a refund but I am still waiting.
I mailed dominos they also said to sort out directly with the branch, I can?t understand why dominos is not doing anything about it

15Dec. Waited 40/50 mins for my delivery. Tracking said it was delivered so I rang and they said the driver couldn't contact me as I had an international (irish) number so they took the food back. I asked for a refund and I'm still waiting on it.
The woman on the phone was zero help also.

Banging garlic bread and pizza, staff gave us free pizza when someone didn't come ro pick it up. excellent service and people.

My order (605455348) arrived with a large BBQ dip instead of garlic and herb dip. Drove to crow road not knowing that dominos was no longer on crow road. Came home, pizza is freezing, dough balls are freezing, wedges are freezing because I had to go try get a dip to dip the wedges and dough balls in, which should have been with my order to start with. Please employ people who can read. Almost £23 in the bin because 1) it's freezing and 2) I can't eat it without a large GARLIC AND HERB dip.

No pizza just this.....
Whatever it is....
No cheese no sauce
Just bread dough with whatever it is herbs maybe garlic spread maybe ???
no burger
Tho I rarely ever get the burger sauce I pay for on my pizza
And if you expect a refund don't hold your breath
They called to say they don't have brownie ice cream and because I can't eat any other type they said they'll refund the money but days go by nothing and then driver said I'll get it free with next meal nothing
Anytime I was promised refund I never got it ever and never got anything missing with my next meal or order
And now this...
It went in the bin inedible
Food also comes cold now use to be hot
So had to reheat it in microwave and made chicken strippers and dough cheese balls inedible too
Dough ball cheese things were microscopical too not usual normal size all mini size some smaller than others
Wouldn't even redeliver my actual pizza I paid for
Face options of getting it next time I order or refund both of which I know I'll never get
And I need the pizza now I ordered and paid for my pizza for food now not next time I need food or get hungry
I hadn't eaten much at all today
Waste of money this time round
Lost 6 on ice cream before and whatever it is on
Will be the ast time I order

This was a joke! I waited over an hour and a half for the food I called them? to see where the food was the guy on the phone said it?s coming I waited. I called them again! They said the food came back to the store? I said so what are you doing now? he said ?I?m not doing anything.. nobody has time to stay up all night to deliver you? like what?!? I asked him was he serious..? If they would have delivered it in 30 minutes not 2 hours they wouldn?t be up all night delivering the food? this was a complete joke! Whoever that guy is should not be working there.. yeah I shouted? after having waited over 2 hours? and being told ?no one is going to stay up all night to deliver you? completely ridiculous!

These guys delivered 50 hot pizzas to us at 9pm on a Saturday night. A phenomenal effort, and not one box left untouched. Champion effort, thanks to everyone who made it happen!
