Shocking service... absolutely shocking!!!!
I placed an order and phoned up right away afterwards and asked to cancel they says they will do it and i was still charged from Uber Eats !!!.
I am still waiting for a refund £43.94
Won't be using again disgusting

I just found the entire experience poor. A women who claimed to be the manager when I asked to speak to one. She would not let me talk. I told her the food was not up to standard and items were missing and she put phone down on me. I gave her benefit of doubt and thought maybe was a bad line. She then refused to answer phone calls. I want my money back and refuse to be charged for things I have not recieved. How is this service??? I think her name was Regina, is she even the manager? And is this management behaviour?

AVOID AVOID. A MANAGER REGINA WHO DOES NOT LET CUSTOMERS SPEAK. SENT COLD SLOPPY PIZZA. INGREDIENTS MISSING AND WHEN YOU TRIED TO CONTACT STORE TO CORREFT SHE LOVES HER VOICE AND WONT STOP TALKNG. I also found cooked hair in chicken. Disgusting.
Pizza also had a piece missing. And checken missing. I would never and suggest others stay away from store and this women who clearly has no management skills. I pity the owner of business as with management like this businesses fail!

Accepts orders even if they are not available to prepare. Close your ordering systems if you cannot deliver the orders past a certain time. Dont fool your customers.

MERCHANT CITY DOMINO'S Ordered a pizza , few dips , coke and ice cream . After 20 mins gets call no ice cream . After 33 mins I called up where's my pizza your only 2 streets from where I live !! ... was hung up on so had to call up to sort refund . No goodwill no sorry nothing ... No more deliveries to this address from Domino . Some guy Stephen blaming football then trafic when I live 2 streets away . Domino's left a reply to contact them to sort something out after my experience . So I did was told refund takes 5 days I know that so it's fine to leave someone disabled with no money because they can't deliver food 2 streets from their store in Merchant City Glasgow so you have an informed choice if you take a chance dealing with them . So as I said waste of time replying to them as they have done nothing to rectify thos matter like they stated in theor reply .... Domino's Merchant City is a no go zone from other people and organisations so our group of thousands of disabled people have informed me ... And guess what they where 100% right . . . .

Placed an order to be delivered but wrongfully ordered to be collected. Phoned the store explaining my mistake and Stephen the area manager delivered it to me without hesitation. That is what you call great service.

I ordrered and pizza and peperoni twisted dough balls, but there was no peperoni in the dough balls. Quite disapointed, the pizza was decent though. I called to inform them about this and i was told nothing could be done
