AVOID. Staff in this pharmacy need urgent customer service training. They say one thing then do another. They have the temerity to try and blame you for their short comings. They will resort to calling you names in front of other customers, yes, you Mr Pharmacist. If you want a staff member who shouts you down on the phone and then tries to paint herself as a victim, then visit Dickson Chemist at Tollcross. Staff so contrary with their comments it?ll make your head spin. As for the ?letterbox? delivery service that staff boldly offer - it transpires that when the package that they have created won?t fit through the letterbox the pharmacist will claim they don?t offer a ?letterbox? delivery service!?! Appalling service. Abusive customer service. AVOID.

Absolutely abysmal repeat prescription service. Left every month without vital medication, they've lied on numerous occasions that it's out for delivery when it's not. Complained via email, not surprised that I never got a reply. Now complaining to the GPhc as grey shouldn't be allowed to mess with people's medication in this way.

LDN service is terrible. Archaic system. If you store your card details expect them to make an order without your consent, because after all you?ve stored your details. Pathetic.

This chemist has changed so much for the worse recently.. It used to look modern and fresh inside, now it's stale and musty. The staff are OK. That's about the best I could say after a recent visit.Had 2 edit after reading some of the reviews. One person said they use the home delivery service and so does all their family and friends. I thought you had to be housebound to get a delivery. ???

Terrible beyond belief, ordered 2 prescription drugs from them,not received them after nearly 2 weeks, Royal mail tracking has shown no information for over a week. Despite phoning multiple times noone has taken responsibility, they told me to call Royal Mail, who won't talk to me as they are the customer sending the items!!! My prescriptions are clearly either lost or never sent. What am I to do? I need the meds, I now have none left as I thought 10 days in advance was plenty of time. As a cancer patient I do not need this stress in my life.

As a new customer Alison was so patient and helpful whilst I was trying to register on line in order to get my LDN.Micheal the pharmacist also very clear and concise in dealing with my private consultation.I'm now just waiting on delivery - and start LDN tonightFantastic service

15 minutes and counting for them to answer phone, prescription delivery fails, it's been 3 days since my mum's prescription should have been delivered, I was told sorry and they'd get it out asap. Still not here and nobody will answer the phone. Dad tried to collect it, was told they didn't have it. Beyond ridiculous.

I know they are busy and short of staff but never awnser the phone if they do they allways have a excuse van broke down or computers are down I just wish they would awnser the phone to let me know what's happening

They offer a free delivery service but it takes about a week or longer to get the order and they don?t answer the phone when you call or it redirected to busy line. The service is a disgrace.
