I am a regular visitor in this Charity shop and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Today l visited the shop and on leaving l cut my leg on some broken glass. Mharie the depute manager immediately dealt with the situation. Used First Aid. It was very reassuring and helped me feel calmer about the situation.

The place is alright doesn't have that much variety and the DVD and CD selection is lackluster at best and upstairs is pretty much all the time closed would rather choose Bernardos over here

This shop exceeds all my expectations:
1. It helps me disposing my clatter in the most responsible way.
2. I can buy things I need secondhand and good quality. I prefer secondhand to new, because it reduces my carbon footprint.
3. I can have a friendly banter with the volunteers and staff if they are not too busy. Most of the other customers are nice to talk to as well.
4. It is peaceful space for wandering around, especially because there?s no loud music but there is plenty of space.
5. At last but not least, I like the people who run the shop. People make this shop a nice place to visit.
All in all it provides excellent services to the community.
I would like to understand more about what the charity does, and how it helps people with EB.
I suggest having some leaflets, literature in the store that could help understanding the main aims of this organisation.

Used to go here regularly however one time I was here one of the staff where verbally abusive to me when I informed other stuff the told me that the person who did its grandad had died and basically using this an excuse when I said this doesn't excuse some of the things they said about me they gave me an email and told me I could complain to then however I never received any email and when I called back up I was hung up on

Prices used to be reasonable here (I have been coming here over the last 4 years) but now they are ridiculous. It is cheaper to buy brand new than to buy furniture from here. If they lowered their price point they would sell more, enabling them to fund their charity whilst also helping individuals in the local area. The store always has the same furniture items in, which shows that the price point is too high otherwise they would have been sold already.

The ppl who work or volunteer in the shop are so nice and helpful...delivered when they said they would and phoned to let us know to let us know that they were on there way to deliver the goods and obviously to make sure that I was Inn for the delivery... ?

This used to be a good reasonably priced charity shop. Unfortunately they're prices are now bordering on ridiculous.....£8 for a blouse, £5 for a t-shirt, £15 for a lightweight jacket ???? At the end of the day, they get these items for free! It seems they're actually out pricing themselves towards the people who actually need the service!
