A fantastic experience when collecting the replacement vacuum cleaner that the Falkirk store was incapable of selling their display model of. It was cheaper than the Falkirk store too!

Worst curry?s store I?ve visited, no staff available. Lack of stock on show, even if I found the item I wanted no one on till. If you can wait 20mins for staff to point you in the right direction that fine. but they are rude and miserable!

I had bought a music system from Currys last year. It stopped working, so I took it back. They replaced it with no questions asked, and even helped me carry it from my car (I'm disabled). A very pleasant experience, and I will buy all my electrical equipment from there in future.

I was missold a laptop from a store in London, the employee had given me the wrong advice about the availability of HDMI ports on the laptop. I told STEFAN this who proceed to laugh and state his store isn?t responsible I should travel back to London to return it stating he couldn?t understand why that wasn?t reasonable and starting giving me legal advice about ?distanced selling? legislation which doesn?t exist within the consumer rights act.
Gent clearly loves his little kingdom in curry?s and the occasional power trip which involves poor customer service.
I genuinely pray that other aspects of your life improves so you don?t need to project your insecurities on a shop floor
I believe he mistreated me due to my ethnicity. If you are person of colour best you shop elsewhere.

Visited Bishopbriggs today as .my Tesco phone had died.We were looked after by Ben who was one of the most patient and helpful assistants we have come across.We selected a new phone and Ben fixed all the transfer from the old phone and answered the many questions from two technophobes. It is good to know there is still good old fashioned service out thereThank You Ben.

In my opinion, curry's is your go-to for any electrical items, the staff are so helpful, and if they don't have an item, they will tell you which store has or order it in for you
