    I went into the Gordon Street branch before my recent trip to Berlin. The lady who served me was lovely, she was so friendly and helpful and gave me a very good rate of exchange. I went back in when I got home to change money back and I managed to get her name this time. It was Lynne and she was just as helpful this time... read full comment
