Usual Costa for food and drink. Where this place falls down is idle staff. The tables were left uncleared whilst the staff chattered. Sorry but no time for this.

Orders a caramel frappe and got a frappe that just tasted of milk and cream and not of caramel. When asked if I could have a bit more caramel in it I was told by the member of staff I have already put five in it. Great customer service not.

It is absolutely packed, and all the smells of cake and sweet foods make you feel nauseous. Was going to sit in and have a drink or some lunch but had to leave after standing in line for 20 minutes because of how sick I felt. Was waiting in line for ages due to the popularity of the place expecially around mid morning and lunch time.All the tables were covered in dishes and there was not enough staff to leave the bar in order to clean them.

The staff in this place deserve a pay rise. The 'nothing is a problem' attitude is a breath of fresh air. In particular the 2 guys that were serving and cleaning tables, the only thing they didn't do was eat my food for me! So friendly, willing to bring food to the table and even got us extra napkins without being asked, but most of all I watched & listened to them talk to 2 separate customers of retirement age and made them feel welcome and just to ask if they needed anything.
