Been in twice and it's the same guy that serves me who is Rude but has gotten my friends and I orders wrong then blames me that I was the one that messed it up.
The Costa near Queen Street is on it,Super friendly and quick with their orders,this Costa lets the others down. Always dirty too.

We ordered coffee and hot chocolate, it wasn't busy, still managed to get hot chocolate order wrong. Asked me if they had given me my change, they had. Said he couldn't remember.
I went to the toilet whilst there, oh my God! Disgusting. The stench was dreadful! Toilets blocked, water all over the floors, tissues everywhere. Never visit there again.

They have treated us terribly, they have served us whatever they wanted. Terrible price quality. The waitress was very unpleasant and arrogant. I do not recommend it .

Needs some TLC!This used to be my go-to branch due to its location and being quieter than the George Square one.Last couple of times I have been in there has been one staff member on duty during lunchtime- surely the busiest time. A few of the staff seem very new and have been left on their own without support and that slows things down.The main thing seems to be issues with the building- on a few occasions now I have had to find a new meeting place last minute due to the seating area being closed as the toilet is out of order, plus some loose tiles at the doorway and a sign up for a while now.It?s a shame because of the two branches near the train stations this one is usually the best.Wheelchair accessibility: Not great as the doors are on the heavy side and not got a button you can push to open.

Great branch of Costa in Glasgow. Clean, quick and super friendly and helpful staff especially Amy who goes over and beyond to make sure her customers receive first class service!
