Picture my day....stressful at work, tired and freezing cold. I decided i would treay myself to a HOT CHOCOLATE. Decided even although knowing i would miss my bus it was worth it.
Well it WASNT worth it much to my dissapointment. Waited for 15 minutes on said HOT CHOCOLATE. Staff were nice dont get me wrong. Paid the £4.60 for my drink and eagerly waited. Drink came and I headed for the bus. Took a drink of my HOT CHOCOLATE and much to my dissapointment it wasnt infact a HOT CHOCOLATE it was a lukewarm at best Chocolate. Very dissapointed and decided i wasnt missing a 2nd bus to go back. So my eagerly awaited treat was not enjoyable at all. I dont usually go to Costa as i am not a big fan of hot drinks however was very dissapointed and wont be rushing back. Could have dont bettwr myself.
Over all staff were nice but training is defo needed as lukewarm chocolate was not on the menu.

I had ordered 2 large chai lattes today. I had received 2 lattes. Seems like the person taking orders did not listen. Fortunately, they had repaired their mistake and I was served 2 chai lattes as ordered.

My table was dirty had previous customers coffees and foods still on the table. Staff don?t regularly clean it.

I only go for the hot chocolate, it was more like a glass of milk,line was long yet staff were chatting to each other, food is expensive, roll and sausage nearly £5 hot choc nearly £5, no clean tables,Dietary restrictions: NothingParking: Good bit away from Costa, other end of the building and on the ground floor,Kid-friendliness: Nothing for kids to do or really eat unless it's a biscut,Wheelchair accessibility: No space for wheelchair

If i could rate 0 stars i would. Ordered on uber eats, food was stone cold. Also ordered caramel frap and it came tasting like off milk with no caramel drizzle or whip and when tried to phone for a refund kept going straight to voice mail. waste of time and money won?t be back terrible

Staff in this costa were SUPER RUDE! I asked about the Friday one pound items mentioned in the street sign right before entering Buchanan galleries, and not only did they look at me as I was an alien for asking about this, they said look it up in the app! Shouldn?t they know about this as ?FRIDAYS ARE A BIG DEAL? as mentioned by costa?Then they said but you should order that with a coffee, to get the one pound item. Like duh? They did not even smile once. Not going back to this costa ever again
