Love costa, but guess this one is to busy for the staff. Service is not what I am use to. But cheers to a good cup of costa capuchino ?

Picture my day....stressful at work, tired and freezing cold. I decided i would treay myself to a HOT CHOCOLATE. Decided even although knowing i would miss my bus it was worth it. I had ordered 2 large chai lattes today. I had received 2 lattes. Seems like the person taking orders did not listen. Fortunately, they had repaired their mistake and I was served 2 chai lattes as ordered.
