Very disappointed today on my visit to Coffee Costa, Crow Road, for a lunch snack. As a lifetime vegetarian I was surprised that they had no options for me. It has been years since I haven't been offered something suitable anywhere else. The staff response was that 'if there is nothing in the fridge, then that's it'.

Twice in the past fortnight I've come here only to be told that they're only taking cash due to technical difficulties. This is completely unacceptable considering that Costa are one of the companies who've spent the last 5 years doing their best to usher in a cashless dystopia.

I ordered at drive through today and placed my order with a lovely girl called Elise she was polite and helpful. When we got to the window to pay she apologised for the lengthy wait although I was not bothered by the wait at all as understand staff are busy. She explained the blender was being cleaned and that my drink would be complementary due to the time I had waited and apologised again. Elise should be rewarded for her excellent customer service her friendly smile and manner she is a credit to your business thank you Elise

I came here to enjoy lunch and coffee while working remotely, only to discover that none of the outlets are functioning. It's quite absurd for a cafe to have non-working outlets.

This is my local costa which advertises to be a welcoming environment and atmosphere but unfortunately I have been here 3+ times and the power outlets do not work, which means that there is no way to charge your laptop. As a student I would love to come and study here more often but unfortunately cant. I have brought this up to staff multiple times with unfortunately no solution over several months.

Coffee Lattes have suddenly become really bad since 3 weeks ago, I don't know what they changed. They taste watered down, overly bitter and burnt.
Been visiting for about 2 years now but don't see the point anymore.

Due to staff changes this Costa has gone downhill. The new person at the till is so slow and seems to have no idea what he's doing and it has a knock on effect. Also he doesn't have any customer facing skills. Always looks like it's a chore. Been in 3 Sundays in a row and the order has never been right. Really disappointing

New staff don't seem to be coping. Very long wait, person on till bewildered, drink not hot enough and spilled into saucer before handed over. Sad because Costa usually good.

Bad customer service skills. The staff serve coffee in a paper cups between 7 and 8 pm while customers are charged extra. Not everyone is treated equally. I was refused to have coffee in a cup while next person was offered drink in a proper glass/ mug. I feel disrespect from some of the staff even though I am every day customer. This is the issue for management to take into consideration many negative reviews about the particular Costa
