Everytime I go into this Costa , the bathrooms are always dirty and soap dispensers are also empty I said to member of staff and she just looked at me, poor hygiene

Visited this morning,manager and younger boy were so quick and efficient.
Shop was immaculate and manager was friendly and helpful.

Just go for an Americano when you?re in the big coffee chains like Costa. They don?t brew their latte?s properly and the milk tastes bland. Just dropped here for the view on a sunny day.

I had my hopes up today when I visited costa, eager to try the Spanish latte thinking it would be the next gem but to my disappointment the taste of coffee was completely off tested like a burnt mocha nothing like a Spanish latte. I have tried Spanish latte in Qatar, Kuwait, KSA, Germany, Turkey, France and in Manchester. I couldn?t even finish the cup even after a re-make that?s how bad the coffee was here. Highly do not recommend Costa bean.
