I couldn?t find ham stock cubes anywhere so before I ordered a delivery I called the shop to double check it was in store and wouldn?t be substituted. The man who answered was extremely helpful and fast in finding the stock cubes. I believe the conversation was resolved within under a minute. Very polite. Amazing service, wish I had asked them for their name so I could give credit.

I've been using this shop since it opened and always found it good but I've noticed over the last year that the atmosphere in the shop has changed it just doesn't feel the same anymore and the staff have no time for you anymore so I've started going elsewhere and will be encouraging others to do the same.

Gr8t friendly, local convenience store. Very friendly, helpful staff. Find all your favs, from food, snacks n toiletries Can even top up your power. Plenty parking spaces and a cash point built in.

Very clean and safe area. They had a great whiskey selection. Only docking one star since I am not a member I couldn't get all the benefits but I could see how if you were a member it'd be worth it.

Put in order at 9:30 delivery 12-2pm still waiting Not happy!!! Staff have apologised , I do my shopping everyday at Norby Road, due to health issues can't get there.. I hope head office can see this!! Email being sent.. One unhappy customer that was really happy shopper. If you want quick delivery go to deliveroo... Don't go through co-op.. Rant over..!!

Definitely do not recommend getting any help hear go straight to police or head office to get any issues resolved don?t wait for them to wipe cctv fob you off and laugh and snigger totally in professional you trust them to help but they don?t biggest mistakes is trusting they would resolve any issues
