The staff are kind and the shop is clean but so poorly stocked and for being as large as it is there's no variety of product. 15 types of basmati, but only one very small packet of jasmine. They never have chicken thighs, but stock an overabundance of breast meat. Lots of empty spaces on the shelf every day. The pricing is outrageous compared to other co-ops.

Well stocked and we'll presented co-op. Staff consistently friendly and approachable. Good local community initiatives. One of the best co-op's in Glasgow central.
Sourdough bread for toast is very good - lovely flavour and excellent texture for crunchy toast. Recommended

? 5 stars for the staff, 1 star for the working conditions
I truly feel sorry for the staff working at this store ? they are always polite, helpful, and deserve the highest praise. They get 5 stars from me without hesitation.
However, I need to point out something that really concerned me as a customer. At the counter where parcels are picked up, there is a constant loud beeping sound ? probably from the devices or systems related to parcel processing. This sound repeats every few seconds and is genuinely disturbing ? even for me as a customer. I can't imagine how hard it must be for the staff to spend hours listening to this nonstop noise.
It creates an uncomfortable and likely unhealthy work environment. Noise at that volume and frequency can affect hearing, concentration, and overall well-being. I believe it?s not only inconsiderate but possibly goes against UK workplace health regulations.
I sincerely hope that the store management takes this issue seriously and makes changes to protect the health and comfort of their employees ? they absolutely deserve better.

Had an issue with missing items through a just eat order. After relentless emails of not being refunded and not a great start on arrival at the store to collect my items, I was met with the store/area manager Frank. Thanks to his helpful nature and patience he dealt with the issue professionally and even gained a new customer. Thanks for resolving the issue and being understanding ?

One of the better co-op?s. In here security actually assist customers and are friendly. Always a plentiful selection, especially of fruit and veg.

Honestly can?t see why people shop in this store it?s never clean the prices are shocking and staff seem to struggle with what goes in a fridge and what doesn?t management should be ashamed of this store.

i had just ordered from co op and i received only one pack of the expensive ice cream i ordered and when i called them they told me there should be an option for groceries on the uber eats app for items that are missing when there?s clearly not. this is not the first time this has happened to me from co op. on the 28th of december last yr, i had a packet of nuggets missing from my order as well and I had to travel all the way in the cold just to get that one packet back. how hard can it be to pack 6 items into a package. this is severely disappointing and upsetting for me. i am literally just a student and i?m getting daylight robbed by this outlet and they don?t even seem to want to help me. shame on you guys truly.
