Service is deplorable, stood in the queue with 6 other people to ask for some change.20 minutes later I step forward to see why nobody was serving and the lady said oh I didn?t know anybody was waiting as I can?t see you, could she not have said next please?As when she was around the front 5 minutes earlier she would have saw the large queue of people.Then I was asked did I order the change, no I didn?t as I don?t always have the time to think about doing that, then was told Linda has the safe key and she?s busy and they don?t know how long she will be, gave up after another 20 minutes waiting.Went across the road to bank of Scotland and was in and out in 5 minutes after virgin money wasted 40 minutes of my time. Will be changing banks soon as it has gone right downhill since virgin money took over Clydesdale bank.

Asked staff if rate on account was variable or fixed and was told to check online. I asked if they could tell me and when I gave them the sort code they didn?t recognise it. Was then told to go online. Poor service and attitude.

went in to withdraw cash and get my book marked up - failed to update book so a wasted trip, need to go back and I am virtually housebound

I went in to apply for a new account and they told me to go online like I?ve been trying not getting anywhere and after I left the bank they locked my account even though I had my ID on me won?t be back to this place
