After an extremely stressful and disappointing experience with another property agency, the team at Clyde Property Clarkston proved that selling your home was a simple and seamless transaction. They were professional and courteous throughout the whole process with excellent communication and feedback from potential buyers.I cannot thank Kay Blair, Marie Baines and there team enough for their exceptional service. Their commitment and dedication to obtaining a positive outcome was beyond my expectations.

We had a very disappointing experience with Clyde Clarkston from the start until the very end. A number of things went wrong which contributed to a delay in getting our property online, including wrong photos on the website, someone else's address on the video of our house, and incorrect contract fees. This resulted in us having to appear in Clyde's office to ask when our property would go on the market.Once up for sale we felt that there was poor communication on the results of viewings. For example , we had to look at the portal rather than being updated by a member of staff. On another occasion, whilst waiting on a viewer that was late the portal showed they had cancelled but nobody had bothered to phone us. There appears to be an over reliance on Clyde to use the portal, another example being viewers emails being recorded on the open system, data I would not want shared.We asked for a "clear the air" meeting with the senior negotiator who personally oversaw our sale thereafter and communication definitely improved. She also offered a discount on our fee for the poor service we had received.At the end of this experience the discount did not appear on the invoice sent to our solicitor. By this time this was of no surprise.We just paid the bill and feel we can leave this review in good conscience as at no time did we ever feel Clyde brought their "A "game to the sale of our house and we would struggle to recommend using Clyde.

I would like thank all of the sales team at Clyde Clarkston for the excellent service given whilst selling our late father's property.We found them to be thoroughly professional in all aspects of the sale from punctuality and communication to giving a very balanced on how to market the property.It was obviously quite a difficult time for the family but it was all handled with great sympathy and consideration.

Initially intended to rent my Mum's house and Clyde were very helpful in setting everything up. However just as it went on the market, sadly Mum passed. Within 10 days of marketing the property the house sold at closing and we were happy with the price achieved. The Clyde team guided us through both processes with professionalism and care.

The team at Clarkston have been amazing.
