Excellent service from John. He helped me choose between two sizes for the Nature Three Mahogany Leather shoe and gave great advice to ensure the perfect fit. He also kindly applied a 15% discount, saving me £15 even though the shoes weren?t on sale. Super helpful and friendly ? much appreciated!

I never usually take the time to write a review but I found Natalie (think that was her name, so sorry if I've got it wrong) but she was amazing. Went to a clarks in town and wasn't happy with the service/given wrong size for my daughter so went into the sliverburn to try to resolve the issue, she was so helpful and great with my daughter. Can't recommend this particular store and staff enough. Good customer service is hard to find these days so I really did appreciate it thank you!

Came in today to get my sons schools shoes and i just want to say a huge thank you to Yaqeen. I think that was her name, girl wearing headscarf. My son has autism and wasnt in the mood to go school shopping and wasnt listening to a thing i was saying and this member of staff was wonderful. She kept talking to my son and being really friendly. He didnt want to get his feet measured and i was just going to leave it for another day but with her kindness he actually listened to her and managed to get his feet measured and go home with a lovely pair of shoes. Thank you so much to this member of staff ! In a world where people can be cruel and turn their backs on a kid not listening this staff member actually helped make our day just a little bit better. Hes in a much better mood now and is really happy with his new shoes.

Over all the staff were extremely helpful and very lovely although one manager named Aimee I?m sure is what I saw on her name tag made my shopping experience uncomfortable as I overheard her being rude to members of staff, I understand that it can be busy during this time with schools going back but I found the staff to be very lovely and helpful and didn?t deserve this treatment as a mistake or two is a given in a stressful and busy environment, we are only human after all.

A loveky shopping experience every time we're un here getting our 15 month old feet sized. A young team of females who are very enthusiastic and great with children. Even when she's screaming our daughter is screaming the place down and launching shoes at the staff . . . We'll certainly be back again soon for more shoes! Always well stocked with a lovely selection of shoes. The staff are great and well organised even when the shop is busy - currently heaving with back to school shoe sizings so using tickets to keep your spot. Would recommend Silverburn Clark's to go for your shoes especially for correctly fit first walkers for the wee ones.
