I'd give it a 0 if I could. Worst attitude I've ever experienced in a store. Went in with my 2 year old to get shoes, and the man who was serving, didn't catch his name wish I did, had a really bad attitude! Worst setup I've ever seen in a clarks, the kids section is UPSTAIRS. If you have a buggy your done for because there is no lift, or anyway to get upstairs except for the stairs. If you are a kid with a disability, or little kids who struggle with stairs it's a hazard/not very user friendly. My 2 year old was sleeping in his buggy and when asked there if there was any lift man had a terrible attitude and said no lifts as it was a listed building (with a disgruntled attitude) and said my son would have to be awake to get his feet sized. Obviously I woke him up as I was going to do that before he even said that, that wasn't an issue, and was common sense so don't know why he had to have an EXTREMELY bad attitude about it. It's stupid to have a kid section upstairs, with a steep stairs anyway. Daft setup, should be downstairs so that disabled or young kids can get their feet sized surely? Avoid. Go somewhere else, seriously.

I must give 5 stars to Morven for how helpful and accommodating they were. I've had problems with my feet all my life but they helped me in figuring out just what kind of shoes I need to make my dogs stop barking!

Really friendly staff and a great selection of shoes. The only downside is that the kids section is upstairs, and there is no lift, only stairs, so if you have a pram or accessibility issues, it's not ideal.

Got exactly what we needed

It used to be my favourite store and had amazing customer service but now it is the place where you get the worst customer service ever, especially if you take your kid with a pram they hate you like hell, they were even gossiping behind me they are not helpful at all, they don't even have respect each other(no teamwork at all), they were pushing me a lot to leave the store without buying, they even told me to go another branch without even look, if they were polite that was not a problem but they were not, that's a big shame And I left without buying. Never again this shop.

Great selection of school shoes at affordable prices, we went in to get our son X1 pair of school shoes and X1 plimsolls for sports, there was 1 member of staff upstairs helping another family and so I asked the two sales assistants downstairs for a size (not foot mmt) just a size but they claimed they couldn't help it had to be the lady upstairs who was busy, I had my two children with me who were getting restless. Clarks need to rethink the retail business model to succeed over digital sales. The two sales assistants downstairs were chatting to themselves and seemed like they couldn't really be bothered to help, lost sales on this occasion and this is my son's first school shoes (could have been)
I won't rush back to a Clarks store

Outstanding service from Mark today in helping me to work out my size, he went above and beyond to find the right products!. I highly recommend this store not only for their helpfulness but especially as they sell footwear that lasts!.
