Eden and one of the other girls were fantastic with my 8 month old granddaughter Aurora today. The full experience was 5*, Eden kept mum right with everything and made it a really easy and good experience. Thanks to both girls.

Went to the till to enquire about ear piercing. The girl there never lifted her head while filling in some kind of form. I stood for a couple of minutes with no acknowledgement and I was right in front of the cash desk and couldn't be missed. I decided to leave as the service was terrible...no basic manners there at all. I'll go elsewhere for this service.

Travelled through here from Alva the other day to take my daughter shopping. Ended the day by getting her helix pierced in Claires accessories. The woman who done the piercing was amazing ? Great service from start to finish made time to talk us through & felt comfortable. Woman was lovely ?

They bully their staff and single them out in conversation and work within the establishment, if your looking for a place with snide and malicious work ethics this is your best waste of time.

I had my ear piercing here, and at the checkout the staff have enter my email incorrect, which didnt confirm with me at the point, and so im unable to receive the ear piercing offer (free earring for a year). So i have contact the customer service team by email to solve this issue, and now i have wait almost 3 weeks, and still doesnt heard back. Inattentive employees and customer service team that doesn't solve problems.

My daughter got her second lobe piercing done yesterday and the manager lady and young girl were absolutely amazing with her and piercing was done with extreme care and ease. Highly recommend. We picked the more expensive choice at £88, however they look worth it and more. You only get what you pay for. Thanks again, happy daughter = happy mummy!!

Waited 10 min at the till to pay, no one came. Found two staff standing at the ear piercing, asked if someone could come to the till. One of the girls said no there?s no one to serve me because they will be doing ear piercing. Both of them standing and only one on the tablet.

Avoid at all costs for ear piercings staff go tittle taling to the manager for insignificant reasons I advise to avoid this branch at all costs

Had my gran daughter to get her ears pierced ( she lives with me ) and had to go back home to get the forms to say she lived with me and the lady said before I had the forms her mum had to come to for her permission absolutely shocking.and seeing a little girl not even 3 being held down screaming not wanting to get it done is heartbreaking that?s why I gave this place a 3 ,it is really expensive 68 quid for a ear piercing shocking .

The shop is a great place for jewellery hair accessories phone cases makeup plushies toys blue light blockers fidgets and decoration but everything is quite expensive!

Beyond horrified to see a baby only a few months old being held down screaming while it had it's ears pierced in Claire's Glasgow Fort today. Beyond barbaric, how anyone could morally perform such an act on a tiny baby, despite it's legality, is incomprehensible. I left the shop and will never again shop in any Claire's branch. Shame on you.
