I had such a lovely experience with Laura and Pauline when they pierced my daughter?s ears. They were both so kind, patient, and gentle, which made the whole process feel calm and reassuring. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and their friendly, professional manner really put me at ease. You can tell they truly care about making it a positive experience. Took my friend along to Claire?s for her birthday treat (we?re older ladies) to get our ears pierced on Saturday and we were lucky enough to get a very lovely young lady called Lauryn. She was fantastic from start to finish, very gentle, knowledgeable and definitely the right person for the job. We chatted throughout and had a lovely experience, we talked through aftercare too. Before we left I made sure to let her manager know what a diamond she really is. Great job Lauryn. I?m sure whatever you go on to do in life you will be magic ?

Had my dauguters ears pierced at Claire's. Staff were really nice, patient, and professional. I also love the fact that they give you a cleaning fluid to go with, and it's all part of your package.

Yesterday, my mother went to the checkout with a tiara style head band. When she was at the checkout, the checkout lady took it off her saying it had no tag for scanning. The checkout lady then came back with another (which when my mum got home weirdly found it also had no tag) and said the price was 8 pounds, which my mum paid. During this process my mother had mentioned to her that this was a small gift for a baby's grave.When my mum got home and looked at it, it was the same type as she had chosen but was in poor condition, she could see that it had decorative parts missing and was stretched out. The one she originally took to the checkout was in perfect condition.My mum then returned it today and met another checkout lady who was very rude at the checkout. My mother said that the product was ' used' and the checkout lady replied that it did not look used to her. The checkout lady was making a big embarrassing scene as if my mother was a problem customer!My mother explained that she was disappointed that the item had been switched with what she originally had chosen and was upset as they knew the purpose my mum was buying the item for.Although the motive behind the sneaky switch is unknown, but what is worse is the unprofessional poor customer service when my mother tried to have it replaced. My mother nor any of her extended family, who have previously shopped at Claire's will shop here again!

We took our daughter to get her ears pierced last Saturday. The staff were great! Very friendly, explained everything that was going on and gave all the information on after care. One very happy little girl! Thank you!

This shop is to concerned about pushing merchandise, with stands in the middle of the floor limiting access to those little girls that may be wheelchair user. My girl likes hair bands and toys as much as the next girl. However this shop is designed for those who can physically walk around all the stands/the stalls and the merchandise down the centre of the shop. A family came in with a double buggy who had to back out for us to leave. The lady that was on the checkout was alone which seemed a lot for her to deal with. The shop was clean, tidy and nice but far to cluttered if you or your child is a wheelchair user.

I went for my baby?a ear piercing and they only showed me expensive stud, the stud was very expensive and Iam not sure about what?s the quality of the diamond. After piercing I realised it?s not worth it for what i have paid. Totally disappointed.

Just had a spider bite cartilage piercing at Breahead.Your supervisor who served us was absolutely fantastic. She obviously likes people and couldn?t have been more helpful and friendly. A credit to your store. This was on 15/1/23 roughly one o?clock.
