Absolutely appalling, missed visits resulting in medication not being administered, wrongly administered medication, no hygiene awareness in and out in 2 minutes, serving burnt, undercooked or out of date food, leaving keybox open and keys in the outside of unlocked door to mention just a few issues. In short if you want your loved one cared for by a professional caring company then avoid this company like the plague Gave one star as a couple of the MANY random carers visiting were pleasant and that?s for them

Appalling. If you are using them, pay close attention to the time they spend with their patient and what care they administer for the time they charge.

The care my mum gets from these carers is outstanding & she is always happy to see them when they come,mum has her favourites but they are all very nice,thank u so much for all u do
