Went to chicken cottage was a KFC customer previously and changed to buying from chicken cottage as its got a much better flavour and taste to the chicken and fresh soft and moist all the time great place and the only place I go for our fried chicken service staff all friendly and nice. Will go again.

Our son being a fan of local Chicken cottage, we managed to find one in Glasgow during our visit last week. Most of their orders were take away and we were the only one dining in. Staff were really professional. Gentleman on till helped us with ordering right meal deals which saved us few quid. He turned the hot air fan towards our table as it was freezing that night. We could see that they were inundated with take away orders so we were told that it might take longer for our food to be ready. When we got our food, another staff member served us with extras free of charge and apologised for the wait. Kids enjoyed their meal and left happy. Top notch customer service!

I ordered a fairly large order on uber eats. arrived cold, missing 5 wings, missing a burger and missing 3 drinks went to phone to complain and their phone number is wrong across all sites. As someone who orders regularly from here it?s safe to say i will not be using chicken cottage again

It?s been a while since I last went to this place to eat, and today I went back to see how the food and the service was like. UNFORTUNATELY the service and food was horrific. I had placed my order and stood to observe the staff and I could see them not paying attention to details when making the food for the customers. No one seemed to care about the standards of their service to the public. When leaving the establishment and heading back home I had noticed that something from my order was missing, I went back to receive my order that I had fully paid for and was chatting with the staff member at the till explaining that I hadn?t received a receipt for my order and that I was missing a burger. It took a while but i did manage to receive my order in full, he also promised me that he would make it right. Receiving the burger I had noticed at home that it was still not completed. That?s why I am writing this review. Chicken cottage is in my opinion not my choice of takeaway anymore for the rest of my life. I think they need to re-evaluate their purpose in our community and focus on huge improvements.

I kept phoning the number on google (same number that is displayed next to their logo) kept saying number doesn?t exist. So I went into store instead, stood in the Q, waited about 20-30 mins before 4 other customers until I got to front ?oh we have ran out of chicken so I don?t know what to give you? wow ok.. you couldn?t tell me while I was standing waiting all that time???

Rice was not organic they picked them up from lidl and served me, everyone can get those rice from lidl then why we go to chicken cottage. Quantity was not as much as the price and someone behaved very rudely. Not recommended.

After work today, I decided to stop by Chicken Cottage in Glasgow for a quick bite. I ordered the fillet burger, hoping it would be a good way to end the day. When my order arrived, I could tell right away it was freshly made. The burger itself was fantastic?the fillet was perfectly crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just the way I like it. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. The staff were also super friendly, making the experience even better. It felt like they genuinely cared that I was enjoying my meal, which added a nice touch to the visit. Definitely worth the stop, and I?ll be going back soon!

Ordered food, on way to get delivered then got cancelled, waste of an hr waiting for food, got better things to do than hang about waiting for food to get prepared then not get delivered, no explanation no thing from the place, very poor won't be ordering again and won't recommend to anyone the opposite in fact will be telling folk to stay away.
