Our stay was great. We came with a child that has sensory issues so they upgraded us free of charge to a room that was on a quite side. Not around the area where the weading are being held. Staff was really nice. Great place to start your journey. I do recommend this place if you have a car. Not sure what are the options for public transport. I will defenatley be coming back

WiFi service in the rooms was nonexistent when we were there, not ideal when you're travelling around.

Really BAD SIGNAL ?! Anytime I needed to conect to the WIFI I had to go to the reception where the signal was good. The receptionist said it?s because a lot of people are connected at the same time. Really? The normal rooms are clean but very old.

It wasn't a bad spot at all. Saw some wildlife in the early hours. The staff were friendly and the random company was even better.

Had a good steak pie with plenty of filling nice mash and veg , it realy looked lovely
My only complaint the gravy had far to much salt added to it
If only the chef would have tasted it when making the gravy he would have realised there was far to much salt in it
And could have rectified his/her mistake or made a new batch
I am a salt lover but the amount in that steak pie was far to much

Spacious. Needs towel bars for three in the bathroom as well as a small shelf under the bathroom mirror. An additional chair in the room would be nice. Lo9ks

Basic but spacious room. Great if you just need a bed. The TV doesn't have many working channels. But overall just what was needed for the stay

First nite arrived hotel was told 3 adults arriving upon booking got there 1 double and a camp bed my 78 year old father had to sleep on a single mattress as double was too tight went for a wash this morning and the water in room was stone cold complained to reception was moved to a different room put in room across the courtyard bathroom is the best feature of this room single bed and double with large shower dad went to hotel tonite for his dinner he got cod and from eating it has been sick 4 times sofar goina be a very long night with the looks of food poising this Is a very average hotel in my eyes a for what we paid for it there's far more superior hotels at that price
Do not get me wrong the night porter and receptionist were fantastic great attitude but the hotels definitely not as it seems safe to say we will definitely not be back.

We booked one night in a deluxe double room. It was beautiful! The room was spacious and spotless, with an enormous bathroom which housed a separate bath and shower. It was really luxurious! The area was really quiet, though it's just minutes from the M8 motorway, handy for Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling.
We ate in the restaurant. The food was fine, but nothing special. Service was good. I would recommend the hotel and will definitely book again

Stayed here for a night. All the staff are very friendly and service is great. Although the room was spacious and quiet, I must say for £100 a night the room is very dated and tired. Go to a primer inn etc instead. Dinner and breakfast was fine.
