Had a great night?s sleep even though it is in the city centre. Bed very big and comfortable and the free minibar is a nice touch. Breakfast a bit expensive for what it was but altogether a good experience staying here.Rooms: Decent sized room with minibar, team/coffee making facilities. Hairdryer, iron, trouser press.Walkability: Close to the bus and train stations - right in the centre of the city.

Perfect location for living in the city. The location next to Queen?s station, no stairs through the front door which makes it convenient with all the luggage, nice eateries next door.Very comfortable room, superb space and nice touches in there with the coffee machine and snacks.Superb bathroom with very convenient located toiletries.The executive lounge is also really nice touch and the food and drink spread is nice.Would book again if back in the city.

Excellent hotel. Staff friendly and customer service was second to none. Arrived on an early morning flight and they checked me in, as my room was ready.Complimentary spirits and soft drinks in the room.Very clean spacious room and bathroom.Very close to everything, especially Queen st station, which I needed for the next leg of my journey.I have already recommended your hotel to many friends.A big thank you to all especially the lovely staff I met. ????????

Pleasant enough rooms. Bar next door is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location ideal in the heart of Glasgow next to queen street train station.

Stayed here for 1 night comfortable bed service was excellent the balcony view is great the only thing I did complain about was the dust around the room. A nice selection of complimentary snacks in the room and the access to the vip lounge is great for a drink. A really great hotel to stay at.

Excellent hotel right next to queen street station, Buchanan street and George square. Free mini bar which is stocked well for being free. Decor maybe on the older side but more older hotels are. Good staff.

The hotel entrance and corridors are nice, the staff were nice. The room we had was spacious and the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the room we had was dated and the red decor is tacky and old and could be off putting if you spent more than a night there, carpet skirting boards (see pic) the lighting was poor which gave the room a dark and dinjy feel. The pillows were terribly thin, the mini bar was appreciated although we didn't drink from the decanters I find that part a little strange as anything could be put in there. Plus points were that for a city centre it was quiet, which was good and had a half decent sleep. Overall not the worst hotel, decent enough for a night, but definitely wouldn't have paid more than we did for it as we got a deal.

The person work the front desk was very polite to everyone checking in asked how many keys etc room is very nice bed is very comfortable I?m on the 6 floor the executive lounge is quite nice definitely recommend going the extra to include it also place is very tidy and super super close to Glasgow queen st train station with lots of shopping around and close to the Glasgow Royal Concert HallRooms: Clean comfortable well keptNearby activities: Shopping,food,royal concert hall,train stationWalkability: Only one step up at front door elevator or steps to get to rooms or restaurant/rooftopFood & drinks: Lots of drinks and snacks to choose from in the executive lounge
