Bought my nephew a paw patrol ballon for his 2nd birthday yesterday and this morning the ballon decide to burst a women Margaret Accuse us of bumping the ballon off something and said that it?s policy to pay for another ballon but we googled the policy and turns out she lying do not come to this shop unless you?re wanting bumped
Actually Just Purchased Another Ballon Not even had it for 20 minutes I was in the shop with my mum nobody was near the ballon then and it still managed to pop clearly these ballon?s are quite faulty shocking!!
In a matter of 24 hours i?ve lost about 18 to this shop including petrol

Margaret at the Knightswood branch waa fantastic. Helped me choose my balloons for my daughters birthday. The recommendations were really helpful. Margaret is a credit to your store. Every time I go to this card factory they seem to have something wrong, last time they never had helium for ages and now they don?t even have number 0 balloons stocked, it is ridiculous they should have all balloons fully stocked

As with all Card Factory shops, this one has all the bargains, cheap and gorgeous cards and a relaxed atmosphere to shop in.The only downside is, that this is one of the smaller shops. They often don't have the variety for choice the bigger stores have.
