Went in with the intention of purchasing some birthday cards, as I entered the store I noticed a member of staff handing over some Balloons to a south Asian man & as she did she made a very racist comment & then proceeded to laugh loudly at her comment. I did indeed call her out at the time and her response was to tell me to get a grip
Racism is not a joke in any matter & I left without purchasing anything & will no longer be returning to this store.

Really love this shop. The staff are so very friendly and helpful. They also enjoy having a wee bleather so making the time even nicer. Seen they have been really busy not only with selling cards but also with various designs of balloons. Have uploaded a photo of when the store was closed so to avoid any person being shown.

No Tesco trolleys are allowed in the shop. This is a perfectly reasonable rule, but you?ve got to teach the staff to show some common sense. I was in the shop for 20 minutes with my two kids sitting in the trolley. I was just trying to pay for my stuff and leave and the member of staff insisted I take the trolley out immediately.

I went yesterday and I bought to balloon 21 and when I go in the car one of the balloon starting to lose air so I back and I said is losing air can you fix it for me I have to wait for her until she finish her smoke break and she said no because I saw ur car small and could past in it and I told her but not bust it or I think may have hole but the staff refused and she called me rude twice and when I told her don?t call me rude she say again and also she said you are rude You speak over me and when I ask her to speck to manager she said I am the manager of the manger train to call staff name what type of training they have

If you weren't sure, they sell all sorts of cards here. Actually that's a lie they don't sell credit/debit cards. But they sell cards for special occasions, you know?

Staff really unhelpful at this shop, whether it is asking about products, exchanging pleasantries or speaking in general, always ladders and boxes lying around in aisles, potential tripping hazards ?Quite abrupt to 84 year old mum who was enquiring politely about things ? wWill avoid in future ?
