Arrived at 4:30pm with the intention of depositing some coin and told it was too late ? but do not close for another 30mins.?other words couldn?t be arsed!!!

I've found myself trying to use the bankhub twice in a matter of weeks after never stepping in it before. First time I went in I had left my bank card in the car and was told I had to go and fetch it. In the time it took me to make a return trip to my car, the cashier had closed the place and put a sign in the window saying it would be shut while an engineer took down the wifi. At lunchtime after sending me to get my card.Today I tried to outfox them by turning up at 9am and guess what... there was a sign in the window saying the place would not open until 11:30 because an engineer was in.Hardly satisfactory service.

Welcoming and friendly service. Clean premises benefiting from level access. Never seems to be too busy (good thing) providing banking services at a time when banks are withdrawing from the High Street in a move to go digital

I utilise the facilities of the bank Hub frequently and always find the staff to be friendly and helpful. It is a great facility and is ideal for the community when we do not have a bank on the main street.

I was wanting to deposit a cheque and found it easier to walk to the BankHUB rather than journey further. Staff were friendly and explained that cheques would take a day or two longer to appear in the account using their facility. That was fine for me. Yes it does not have the same facilities as banks but it's a good enough facility and better than no bank at all. Will use it again.

They don't explain the process of paying cheques into your account properly here, they will take longer to reach your a/c than if you just went to your own banks branch. Staff were of little help and offered no solution. Really don't see the point of this Bank Hub as doesn't deliver ! Your better of going down the road to Rutherglen !

Established as part of an initiative to provide "community based access to cash", this staffed multi bank office provides cash withdrawals up to and limited to the maximum allowed from a standard atm. ATM already do this and there's one next door. Other services are available.

Been a few times to drop cash in: quick service and friendly staff. Hopefully the trial is made permanent.
