I?ve found that the woman workers make better coffee, the men rush it too much and often miss out some things. I get it they want to serve customers but the difference is significant, was excited to get my latte and it didn?t taste as good as when the women staff made it. Not just me but my mother thought the same for her order. I felt like I was forcing my coffee down. Really disappointed. Now I have to check if the woman staff are working everytime I go in as I don?t want the men to make it.

The Caffè Nero in Braehead shopping centre is a great branch. The staff are friendly and efficient, the tables get cleared quickly and the queue never stays too long.

I spilled my drink when i drank if just a little bit. I went to ask for blue roll, the guy came clean it but didn?t even ask if I want another drink. It would be nice to ask however his face was super cold. Not happy.

The place is packed and the staff are very friendly despite the crowds, and Nero is always great.

It's kind of hidden. It was hard to find the shop. I had to ask the security in the shopping center.

Every time I get my coffee from here it always tastes horrible, nothing like how they make it at the great western road branch. Also staff just seem very miserable here!

The staff was awesome and very friendly with my little brother, we ordered a cappuccino, espresso, and a hot chocolate all of which were delicious. Love the vibe.

Has seats ?outside? so perfect for people watching but it?s a generic shopping centre coffee shop. Can?t fault the staff but it?s pretty soulless and location isn?t the best.

The only place that always gets my coffee right. Cafe Nero best cafe and best service. There was a bossy boots staff member there but gladly they're gone. Highly recommended ??
