I recently visited Nero Cafe and, unfortunately, it wasn?t a great experience. While the coffee is good, the service left much to be desired. Some of the staff were not very friendly, which made the visit less enjoyable. Additionally, I noticed that the tables are often dirty and not cleaned frequently enough. This really detracts from the overall experience. I hope they can work on these issues to improve in the future.

Very friendly staff and good cafe. We were immediately offered a high chair for our little one. We were also allowed to use the microwave to warm up our baby food. Café was delicious, great!

Love all Caffè Neros, far better than Starbucks & Costas due to the way they let in more light, have more friendly, receptive staff and better food choices.Lattes are much nicer too.Only area that let's them down slightly is the toilets. But staff get to know your orders and are all alot more friendly!
