Been here twice, the service is really average. The tiramisu latte was something new to try but tasted so bad. Felt like they loaded some terrible syrup on it. The latte?s okay, to be fair. Their loyalty schemes is the probably the only reasons why I?m exploring Caffe Nero. They should work on their customer service and making these new drinks better.

On 6.00 pm the lady staff announced they are closing. I have almost finished my coffee and was gonna leave. At 6.02 she started shouting and asking me to leave bysaying she is not paid after 6 and she needs to clean and all. At 6.04 she literally pushed me out of the cafe. Ridiculous service. Never had such experience from any other cafe nero

Lovely coffee and food but their service was slow. Staff would be ignorant and chatting amongst themselves as opposed to following through with our order.
Took 10 minutes just to get things and had to wait a while for them to replenish the toilet roll in the bathroom. They failed to stock spare rolls in the bathroom.
Also staff seemed to have a slight rude attitude when serving us, which left us feeling concerned.

Been in a couple of times now in past few months, over priced for what you get, wanted a deluxe hot chocolate the other day in a mug but was told I have to pay for 2 to have it in a mug, so the glass it came in gave you maybe 4 mouthfuls and the rest was cream.. About 4.70.. Think I'll give it a miss from now on.

Usually order a luxury caramel latte at your Great Western Road branch, and it is invariably perfect; lots of whipped cream and caramel and piping hot, as requested. And servers are all very pleasant.
Made the mistake of going into the Queen Street branch just now, and got a lukewarm, watery tasting version, with a 50p size blob of cream and a few drips of caramel to match.
Politely questioned it with the barista, and said that there should be a little less milk to allow for some cream, and her answer was, ?well people usually complain if there?s not enough milk?. Well, dear, that maybe so, if you?re purchasing a normal latte, but when you?re paying a considerable amount extra for the luxury version - for the cream etc - not so! Unimpressed!

Good food and coffee but terrible service. We were served by a lovely trainee barista, but her male colleagues really ruined our experience. From clapping at customers to rolling their eyes, they had ZERO customer service skills. I think THEY should be the trainees. Next time try a smile boys ?

The known good food and drinks. But noticed the cleaning/clearing of tables is getting less attention. Also some branches don?t offer the small size Americano which is annoying to have to buy the regular when not wanting as much coffee.

Witnessed a 'Karen' moment whilst I was in on Tuesday afternoon. The details aren't important other than she was unreasonable & rude.I'm writing this because the female staff member handled it amazingly.She also made me a great coffee.
