Extremely shocking incident
1. Today we purchased a cup of coffee and my mum accidentally slipped and dropped her cup of tea. She went round the back of the queue to ask for help and I stood unsure of the protocol.
What happened next I believe was disgusting and could be labelled as potential racism or privilege or a staff member having a bad day - who knows. Two staff members were having a break and made a comment, then urged me to look for toilets to find something to wipe the table with. In a panick I couldn?t find the toilet and then saw tissue paper coming out the staff room so grabbed it - standing outside.
I am a dentist - so I do respect the integrity of the premise of a staff room. I was shocked when the staff member with winged eyeliner and black hair proceeded to stand up and shouted ?why did you go into the staff room? in the most horrible manner.
As someone who works in a high pressure job - you don?t speak like that. It can come off as racist and rude and insecure. My mother spoke to her and was horrified by her attitude. This staff member then stood up, wiped the floor but when the incident happened didn?t try to help at the time. I understand you were on break - but why conduct yourself in such a manner? It was condescending and frankly disgusting, and working with people you never treat people like that, you should be ashamed of yourself. It is your job to help people? So why behave like this?
The girl behind the counter was lovely and reassured my mum mistakes happen and offered her a cup of tea. To the girl who shouted and lost her composure - we question if it was racism or a bad day but the way you behaved was appalling. Whilst shopping a woman of colour who was seated came up to us and was shocked by the way you spoke. Please Change.
In the future, never speak to someone like that again, it was appalling.

Excellent service from a lovely young man named Tom. He was very knowledgeable and was eager to make suggestions - encouraging us to try something new. Wonderful service combined with a welcoming, yet quiet cafe made for a very pleasant experience during our visit from Canada.

My husband and I have Brunch at Cafe Nero located in House of Frasers department Store most Saturdays .
The staff are all helpful and friendly but one lovely young girl called Eden goes above and beyond .In our opinion she really is a huge asset to the company .
She makes us feel like valued customers and because of the exceptional service we receive from her we would not consider going to any other coffee shop in Glasgow City Centre.

Received wrong item when ordered online - after a week no one is responding or advising me how to deal so I can receive the item I ordered. I ordered a handbag and got 2 clothing items. It?s for my daughter?s 18th so really disappointed on how this error is being handled. Can?t speak to a real person except email or webchat

Worked in Frasers for a short while now and every time I spend my break there the staff are lovely and personable. Always go the extra mile, make my coffee the exact way I like it without asking and helped me save my money by introducing me to the features in their app.

I had an amazing experience at the Tom Ford counter. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Tracy. She was so kind, knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. Thank you Tracy! You're a credit to Tom Ford.

Perfume counter staff couldn?t have been more lovely!!!!
I went in yesterday to buy my wedding perfume, I bought a Chloe nomade & my friend bought a Tiffany and co perfume. We were served by two older ladies, one with dark hair & glasses & the other blonde, both glamorous and couldn?t have been more lovely. When I told them it was my wedding perfume one rushed away and found me a mini bottle to put in my wedding bag. The both of them were so lovely to my friend & I and we were really happy with our purchases. I also bought a setting spray from Kylie cosmetics and the guy on the counter was so kind and lovely, super helpful. Such a lovely experience

House of Frasers disgusting my mum who is 70 bought a jacket in August was supposed to be delivered by Evri which wasn?t delivered, my mum has evidence that the picture the courier took was still in his van and no proof of delivery to my mum, she has sent a dispute and House of Fraser shame on you still not resolved this asking my mum to send a form in PDF otherwise yous will not deal with the matter for her, my mother is 70+ and has no clue what PDF is. You had better get this resolved !!!!!

Very rude, condescending staff and awful customer service in the Glasgow store. I have encountered this on the 2nd floor. I would give a negative rating if possible. They?d need to learn how to cater to the international customers.

On Saturday 27th July my partner began to feel faint and thought she was going to pass out due to the heat instore. I would just like to praise the 4 or 5 seperate members of staff on the 1st floor who seen this and came to her attention to ask if she needed help. They brought her a seat to sit on, a glass of water, asked if she wanted to go and sit in the comfortable seats in the Gents formal wear section and generally were very kind, caring, and helpful. We would like to pass on our thanks to each of them and for them to know how much there kindness is appreciated. They are a credit to the store.

Bad. Staff were mostly rude. I intended to purchase a Marc Jacob?s bag from the sale but ended up walking out after two members of staff blatantly ignored me. If I am planning to pay good money then I expect polite service. They lost out on over £200. I will say that there was a nice lady on the Prada counter who was friendly and answered any questions I may have (Prada bag was beautiful but not something I wanted to buy). Previously I had purchased from the makeup counter and the staff there were very friendly so was disappointed that the staff were unfriendly at the bag section. Really off putting as a paying customer.
