Very poor performance overall.Visited their premises last week - one member of staff only, she was trying to deal with customer but I felt she could have at least acknowledged me.Gave up waiting, returned a couple of hours later.I left my number with her - to be fair, she did call me back.Told her what I required - she said she'd email me the details as "there was no point in going back to the office".No email received, I called several times, left messages. No response. Not impressed

Just booked a special holiday here. Staff very friendly and helpful, with a vast knowledge. Put together an excellent package for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definately book with them again.
