i had a great experience in burger king was out dining with my family and one of my kids were annoyed that in the burger their were tomato?s and this kind man called alan helped us sort the situation and got a fresh burger without tomato?s couldn?t recommend burger king more

They say 'have it your way'. And while going by this story it might not seem like it on the face of things, by jove, did I! Having recently visited "BK" Hillington, I was blown away by the service provided by a well-presented, well-spoken and young man called Alan. I must admit to approaching the counter with a sense of trepidation, but Alan's calming nature immediately put me at ease. Having filled him in on the jangly nature of my nerves, I let him know that the volume of choice was actually a burden. Alan supported me through this fantastically, recommending I follow his personal preferences. I boldly placed my faith in the man and boy, was I rewarded. I didn't know a humble burger bun could act as such an effective onion-holding vessel. Packed on both above and below the meat, the onions gave a sharp and distinctive flavour to the burger. Alan even went so far as to check in on me as I crunched my way through the tangy tastebud heaven. Thank you Alan, or as we joked in private, "Mr Hot Pie!".

I was blown away by my recent experience at Burger King Hillington, which all fast food establishments should strive to meet the high standards of. Though the food was scrumptious and evidently prepared with ample care and attention to detail, my personal highlights were the spotless dining area and the superb staff. It appeared as though these efforts were being driven by the impressive young shot-caller, Alan, who served my husband and I. His manner was impeccable, no query was too much for him, and he seemed to take great delight in detailing the menu items and offering us suggestions on what to order based on our preferences. Burger King, listen close -- Alan is a credit to your organisation, and someone who I'm sure is bound for great things in his future.

Quick fast at making orders, friendly staff, helpful and actually make ur order right. There was one member courtney that went above and beyond and helped my kids as they have autism and they asked alot of questions about how there food was made etc.. any other staff anywhere usually just ignore them. I will be back to this restaurant and would recommend :-)

I had two wee Hamburgers and a flat white from drivethrough. Quick as fast food should be hit and fresh.
