It was busy when we visited - Saturday afternoon - we did not use the auto service so it took a while to be served. But once ordered the food came reasonably promptly. It was hot and tasty.

Had stopped In to bishopbrigs burger king after a long day shopping with the kids was quickly greeted and our orders taken by alyx who had outstanding customer service it was a very pleasant place and atmosphere the food came out fast and was all freshly made deffo a 10 out of 10 for service by alyx will surely be back again soon

Even though really busy, staff took time to prepare custom meals suitable for our dietary requirements. Floor staff made a point of clearing a table to ensure we could be seated. Only lost a point for atmosphere because it was so busy.

Wonderful service through drive thru, person taking orders was super polite, and Alyx at the window made sure my fries were freshly made and salted.

Excellent service from Alyx! super helpful with my order which wouldn't work properly on kiosk. The food itself was hot and freshly made to order, so it did take a little time but worth the wait. Will be back!!
