Thank you to the two amazing ladies who were working on the evening of 17th Feb 2025. I had a real issue with the app. Totally my fault... ordered the food to be cooked in Birmingham when I was in Glasgow. In fairness, I did change the location once to Glasgow but it seemed to default back to the wrong location for some reason. I thought I was going to go hungry. But... the two amazing ladies (after I showed them my receipt) kindly sorted it all out for me. Insanely great service and I could not recommend them highly enough. Please, please Burger King thank them both in person. If I had my way, they'd get an award! Well done for having some an amazing team.

lovely female managers always very helpful.
Kiosks in this establishment though help is offered.
Thought the service was super quick.
Clean though customers from other food retailers were eating and leaving their rubbish.

Ordered at the boards for takeaway, so didn't realise that our food wasn't cooked properly until we were back at the hotel. Waste of money and food as we couldn't eat any of the chicken - pink on the inside!

Always have great deals, my go-to place for big franchise burger. Their basic fries are better than McDonald's in my opinion. I can eat a whopper anytime! :)
