Went here after Dickson's was out of stock and Boots apparently don't bother opening on Good Friday. The guy was happy to serve me, even though it was practically closing time by this point. Another customer also came in after me, and wasn't turned away even though it was now after 6pm.Such a brilliant change from the lousy experiences I've had from other nearby pharmacies. Highly recommended.

I?ve attended this pharmacy for 15 years- it?s been through a few changes in ownership in that time. The current team are helpful and informative in terms of my medication, and will happily contact my GP practice with any issues. All staff are pleasant to deal with, and I appreciate all that they do to make life easier for me.

This is a very friendly and professional pharmacy, only too willing to assist with any enquiry. They always have medication organized promptly and know customers by name. They have a nice selection of gifts inside the pharmacy and offer advice for minor ailments. I have found this pharmacy to be among the best I have attended and would recommend to anyone. They are able to receive prescriptions directly from GP and prepare. I have never had any issue with medications being out of stock.

Best chemist in partick by a country mile, they go right out there way to help you and even order products in within a couple of days were other chemists take about a week - they will call you when it comes in for you to pick it up or get it delivered. They even sort your repeat prescription out with your surgery so you don't have to call it in or forget to do it. Hassle free and all the staff are polite superb service all round...

At the time I was trying to get a specific brand of fluoxetine as some others made me feel sick or cause headaches, they?re supposed to all be the same product but they aren?t and switching between them causes problems. The old man assures me he?d get it. I come back and what does he give me? The wrong brand ?but it?s the same as the other one?. It?s supposed to be but isn?t, that?s the whole point of requesting a specific brand!Sometimes there?s a kid that doesn?t look old enough to even be working at the pharmacy counter dealing with the prescriptions, it?s totally unprofessional.Boots has since sorted the supply issue and now always have the same brand available rather than a random assortment so I?ll stick with boots where I can.

Not been visiting for while, but I like independently run chemists as in addition to main and high street chemists, as you can purchase very unique, boutique, vintage, and very feminine, girl's boudoir type if items....for chaps, blokes I suppose there are items like the lynx effect, Niv e a for men, cool water, Dior addict, and then there is fashion and costume jewellery..I like the location of this store, as it's very excellent for all transportations links, pubs, newsagents, job centre previously, major department stores, blockbuster movie store previously, also and baker's, butchers, candles stick styles vintage charity shops, makers of fine confectionery, jewellery, interiors design, major post office, flower store....endless list almost .....all changes now with lots of lost landmarks....but happy nostalgic memories ....... there's a library, solicitors, barbers, major banks and other businesses, finally, buses introductions now may terminate at Glasgow's airport, brae head, and there is even a vintage electrical appliances store.....bye for moment....happy travelling and transactions.....

Went to Buchanan and Campbell to support a smaller shop rather than going to Boots. Staff were extremely rude and depressed looking and my prescription was thrown between staff members. Going to Boots next time.

Gave me inaccurate information regarding getting a vaccine. They claimed I could get not it through a pharmacy. I got it from Hand Pharmacy down the road.
