Had my eyes tested today for the first time and dealt with Lorna, she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the full process, she was very polite and friendly and explained everything to me. Would recommend this opticians yes :) see you in a couple years time! Thanks

Excellent care! Everything was explained clearly, including outcome of the Optos eye scan. Very thoughtful and helpful staff and nothing was any trouble. Very clean, well laid out premises with good choice of frames. Would recommend.

Lynsey saw me at short notice for a late appointment and gave me comfort after I had a bad experience with my eyes. She is kind and has a great bedside manner. She picked up immediately that I?m an anxious patient and made sure I felt at ease.

I don?t often write reviews unless the service has either been extraordinarily poor or over above the call of duty as is the case here.From the warm and friendly women at the reception, to the assistants, to optician Lindsay, they were extremely efficient. The team were extremely professional and patient and helped me pick the best solutions, individual to my specific needs, opposed to what would have maximised their profit. The eye test took 45 min, it so detailed which was really appreciated as my eyesight issues were complexed, and it also ruled out some serious health issues which of course was reassuring.Lee-Anne spend 30 min with me ,patiently ensuing that I found a pair of glasses that actually suited me. I dread to think what I would have got left to my own devices , and without her sound appraisal. No pressurised upselling for lens extras either, unlike other places I care not to mention ,although I did chose anti glare of my own back, which was priced very comparatively and worth it .To my surprise , the optician also managed to find me a contact lens which I could wear comfortably, after having a number of experience at other opticians where nothing was compatible. The price was very competitive as well. What else could one ask for lol! Thank you for everything . You?ve have a customer for life ?

I have been attending Browns for at least 6 years now and the staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable, always there when you need them.
