I went into this boots today (2/9/25) and I was served by a woman behind the counter called Moira (as per my receipt).
She was very rude and unwelcoming. She treated me like i was something on the bottom of her shoe and i am not one to use the race card but she really made me feel like racism played a part in how she treated me. Especially because after she served me and walked away she had muttered something under her breath. I had also noticed her looking in disgust at a black family before i had went up to the counter and thought this was totally unacceptable.
I am a regular customer in this boots and i have never had service like this, it made me feel really disappointed and upset. I hope this can be fixed for future customers and they dont experience the same service i did today.

Was in store today, had an eyebrow pencil in my hand, reached into my bag for a tissue with my other hand and one of the ladies came rushing over to me asking if they could help me in a rather odd / rude manner. I replied, no your ok thanks. Obviously she thought I was going to steal this item which I wasn't just reached for a tissue in my bag. Was planning on buys a few items however this made me feel uncomfortable so I bought my two items and left abruptly. Won't be back! Shocking service!!!!

Staff and security were rude as they kept questioning me and assuming I was doing something bad for not buying anything even though I was just looking ? So rude .

Jodi was very helpful picking out No7. Makeup products that were right for me and making use of current offers. Really helpful and friendly service.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Natasha in this branch for such fantastic help in ordering some lipsticks my wife was looking for, she was so very patient and very knowledgeable about the product ordering system, nothing was a problem to this young lady, pity other companies don?t have the same incredible service, thanks again ?

Upset and disappointed at my mum?s treatment in the store. My elderly mum who is registered disabled and as poor mobility I left her at look at lipstick as I went around to get some stuff. When I returned a few minutes later I found her at cash deck talking to a young sales assistant (wearing No7) who was looking for over £70 (minus a lipstick) from her. Lucky I returned in time to stop the sale as my mum ended up confused. Will never been back in this branch again ended up at Superdrug she got everything she needed for £16.
Ps I wouldn?t give then any starts but had to to make comment

Went to Boots today to buy Nina Ricci perfume sadly discontinued,but the assistant s both were lovely ,one of the assistants suggested a store and thanks to her I got it ,very helpful and pleasant staff

Pretty good chemist though I will say that it would be nice if they did prescriptions.Their aisle labels are also in my opinion unclear, though this is a small nit pick. The staff are always friendly anyway, so finding what you need is not usually an issue.

Decent store , but I did not enjoy being followed everywhere by the security guard , even when I was at the perfume counter talking to a member of staff he was standing next to me , when I go shopping I want it to be a enjoyable experience not have my every movement followed by a security guard, i was gonna spend money in this store but I decided to buy my wife's perfume elsewhere.

Cavernous cosmetic boutique. Lots of options at the higher end of high street pricing. Friendly staff but no prescriptions or pharmacy

I bought a pack of pregnancy supplement tablets, when I took them home I opened the pack and realised they were damaged and opened. I took them back and the retailer was like? I don?t know what do you mean!? She was refusing to return them for me and only she did when I nearly touching her eye with the damaged pack then she was able to see what I meant! Really mean member of staff and so rude! Wear a pair of glasses next time hun! They mustn?t have put them on shelf in first place! Now they weren?t taking them back! I uploaded a photo with the review with obvious damage. Tablets are opened and broke!

I received fantastic customer service from Jialing when l was in the store recently. She noticed that l was struggling with the photo printing and assisted me with no hassle. There was also a product that was out of stock, so Jialing ordered it for me and l collected it from the store the following day. If l could give more than 5?? l would. Jialing is a credit to the store, it makes such a difference when staff are happy, friendly and helpful. Thanks very much for all your help Jialing, much appreciated ?
