If you want to see some of the most miserable faces in Glasgow this is your go to place. The pharmacy staff are particularly miserable as well as unhelpful. However, it is fun to see how miserable people can be in their workplace. This is not the place to go if you are looking for some of the famous Glasgow smiles.

The pharmacy experience was confusing and could really benefit from clearer communication. We waited for over half an hour in a very disorganised setting. No one seemed sure where to go or what to do next. After submitting a form, we were left standing around with no clear instructions, thinking we were waiting for medication, only to find out later it was for a consultation. It felt understaffed and under-trained, which made the whole process unnecessarily stressful. Hopefully things improve soon.

This location is my local Boots and I use it frequently and can only give it the highest recommendations.
I use the pharmacy on a regular basis as I fill a lot of prescriptions. The pharmacy staff, and particularly Abbia, the current pharmacist are so good and knowledgeable.
I pick up a lot of my online orders also and the staff are always pleasant and professional.
Thank you for doing the good job that you all do

I've often received good advice from pharmacists at this Byres Road branch. Yesterday the pharmacist was excellent in every way. An exceptionally well informed professional: she answered all questions directly; explained issues in a clear and comprehensive way; was patient and kind, and 'walked the extra mile'. The team are very helpful. Unfortunately the store is always crowded and tends to be understaffed. At my visit today I noticed that now not only the razors but even all make up shelves are now locked. The security officer does not hold the key; instead you have to queue up at the till to ask for the shelves to be unlocked. Sorry, but if I want to just browse and compare the products, I don?t want to go through this process so I will go to Superdrug or other competitors instead.

I recently visited this boots and I was happy to see that a sales person that was pakistani, speaking and understanding my language, urdu. I felt comfortable talking about my skin care problems and he recommended the best product according. I encourage international students, living nearby to go and visit for their needs where they can have conversations in their own languages (Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi etc)

I have been to this Boots Pharmacy. I was glad to see a shop assistant / sales person, speaking and understanding my native language ( Urdu), as I felt really comfortable mentioning him my skin care problems and he described me the best product according to my requirements.
