Boots St Enoch assistant on chemist side very helpful, non pushy. Was in last week and they have sone good skin products all reasonable price
Update, this is where I collect my prescriptions. The staff are really helpful, know you by face now. No matter how busy they are they are always professional.

I'm boots loyal customer I love Boots points card. Today which is 7.02.2025 I had unpleasant experience in your store. I've been treated like a stupid dafty and talked down by 2 of your customer assistants. At the end of the day I was Right and lady who served me wouldn't even say sorry. I was polite I wasn't arguing or shouting. Certainly I'm not stupid maybe I've been treated this way cause I'm forgein and I don't look glamorous.

I remember having both athletes foot and painful cracks next to my mouth, so I requested a cortisteroid cream plus a fungicide cream. The ever so helpful (not) pharmacist told me she would only sell me a very expensive canestin cream despite there being MUCH cheaper alternatives, and she rudely and loudly stated 'I'm not selling you what you asked for because I believe you will use the steroid on your face', despite the fact I still needed it for my feet. Was forced to wait 45 minutes to see a pharmacist for the emergency pill, this nasty woman interrogated me about when I last bled to the point I got flustered and confused, and because she said she believed I wasn't sure if my period started in a specific 12 hour window, she refused to give me the pill. I asked what's the worst that would happen if I took that pill, nothing basically, it would either work or wouldn't. I even offered to buy a pill but she said no. I went to another pharmacy, said ALL THE EXACT SAME details to that pharmacist and I had my pill 10 minutes later. As a disabled person, i shouldn't have to put up with that. The rude, unprofessional pharmacist is an Asian woman in her 30s/40s. I literally leave if I see she's working because she truly is awful to have to suffer. She talks over you, clearly doesn't listen and seems to get a kick out of upsetting people.

Despite being super busy all 3 ladies in the pharmacy were so lovely and helpful when I left my antihistamines at home in England. Especially the lady with the reindeer antlers.

Rude and unhelpful woman at the pharmacy desk. She was very dismissive, wouldn?t listen and refused to give me anything to help. Fortunately I went to the Boots pharmacy up the road and the pharmacist there was very helpful, listened to what was wrong and gave me exactly what I needed to fix my issue. However, I won?t be using the St Enoch?s pharmacy desk again due to how dismissive and unkind that woman was.

My go to boots for all my makeup products, all the girls working the makeup counters were lovely and very helpful, especially Sarah at two faced always going above and beyond, taking time to help find products specific to my skin type she is completely person centred. Couldn?t recommend her anymore!

Purchased painkillers at the counter which I mentioned weren't for myself. I used my own money to pay for the tablets and then showed my advantage card to scan. the woman said I could not use my card for items that weren't for myself. Absolutely mental that I just had to laugh and just shake my head. Total jobs worth. Guess I can't use my advantage card for Christmas gifts as they aren't for myself either? Not like I was using a voucher for them or getting money off either.

If I could put any more stars I would. I lost a receipt really needed it back as I am a carer and need to have documentation. Shannon she scoured the till for a receipt just so I could have the documentation So understanding so helpful. Give this woman a raise. Even emailed me a copy as I have already left town and couldn?t pick up the original.

Went in boot for alleged wipes and it was £2 each it was quick and easy the staff where friendly and make u well come to the store and always smile at everyone.
