The old man security it's been awful made me really uncomfortable he stood literally five steps distance , looking me right in the eyes freaked me out, looked at him said you okay? Didn't sey anything just kept staring at me I've asked one of the staff to get me the manager after she showed up told her what happened she never took me serious very disappointing this is, after 8 months depression trying hard to socialise and build up connections with people after I lost it.

Today I had a very bad episode of a recurring medical issue, and after trying to walk it off, I found myself in front of Boots and realised I could go and speak to a pharmacist and get prescribed medication I didn't have with me to help.
Nnaemeka (my apologies if I have got that wrong!) took immediate action, getting on the phone to my GP practice and dispensing the medication I needed. He was kind and empathetic and I am so, so grateful for his help as I weaved back and forth, breathless and scared, probably looking quite a sight. These actions helped me get the episode under control, and get home, instead of having to head to the hospital, or potentially worse. Thank you!!!

I seen more security guards than actual Boots staff when I came in today. Estée Lauder counter was abandoned and there were no perfume samples, nevermind anyone to ask about releasing the perfume from their little glass prisons.

Highly recommend. The people at the Heath desk who helped me were very friendly and so were the people at the pharmacy. Gwendoline has been very helpful to me, giving me the perfect help twice, I really appreciate it.

Worst pharmacy I?ve been in! Was given a prescription from my optometrist for antibiotic eye drops, was told by the pharmacist that she didn?t think it was needed and therefore refused to give me them. Seems they?re in desperate need of some training and should act they?re wage.

Absolutely rubbish, hardly any staff in boots in sauchiehall st, asked if anyone can help me at the photo section, no-one knew how to work it, very disappointed, seemingly changed the system, said I would be better going to Jessops
