When our lovely furniture arrived & we realised our drinks cabinet was too big for the space they immediately agreed to chance it. Excellent service & quality of goods.

Mathew was amazing! Welcoming, friendly, and super knowledgeable about BoConcept products. He showed me floor plans with my chosen sofas, gave great design tips, and even sorted a loan sofa quickly. No pressure at all, just a great experience. I?ll definitely be back!

Caroline was extremely friendly and professional and she went out of her way to source me the right sofa to fit my space and stayed within my budget. I have been thoroughly impressed with Bo Concept and in specific Caroline who works in the Glasgow brunch. The ship has some really nice furniture with clean lines and wonderful colours. However, its strength lies on its people. Real kind people make all the difference in the world. Caroline Buhagiar listened what I was looking for and my limitations and did everything to accommodate me. She offered me solutions, she added work for herself without even blinking and all this with a smile and prompt responses. A real asset for the company; thank you Bo Concept.

I am seriously impressed with the quality of the furniture I bought and the service I received at BoConcept, Glasgow store.
There is a real feeling of calm when entering the store and the staff are friendly & warm, not pushy at all (please take note the many other retailers I visited!). Special thanks to Jennifer who went above and beyond to help me. Delivery was via their own specialist warehouse staff & was carried out to perfection.
