Just went my usual stroll to b&m tonight and witnessed a staff member be very rude to woman customer all because the woman used the trolleys that where lying all over the store no one using them as she said they where staff was he girl explained that she had no coin. There was just no need at all and the lady spoke badly of the girl once she left the shop so unprofessional

Car hire due to someone hitting my car. Got a courtacy car and alarms kept going off very annoying and distracting could easily have caused an accident. The car was a vaxall? 333 miles on the clock they couldn't get me another car for around an hour. Took the car and never been so happy to take a car back. Also found half a Toblerone in the pocket. Dropping off the manager did apologise and I said to him please don't send that out till it's checked please as its an accident waiting to happen.

Today I was present in the store at retail park in the forge gallowgate Glasgow.
As I?m a support work and had the lady with me as we were doing her shopping I had picked up a little more than I meant too
I was pushing the wheelchair and as we got to check out I had my basket and other items on the belt
The lady just said empty your basket !! No please ! she hardly lifted her hair , I lifted basket and tried to put under but they were stacked high , she said again take the basket I tried to say there was no were to put it , she was so rude I just told her she could put all shopping away and her manner was appalling !! Kindness doesn?t cost anything so if you?re not happy at your work LEAVE Do not speak to customers in that rude manner ? appalled and certainly won?t be back in the store ?. ?? ?

Really difficult to manoeuvre around. The floor space in the aisles is used as shop floor to display items- the place is a mess! How you?re meant to get bigger items from the garden centre space to the tills, I have no clue!

Visited at weekend, shop good size and selection. However staff are downright rude, miserable, unhelpful. Facing tripping them, see you with a walking stick but expect you to stand aside for them.
Manners cost nothing, this Branch needs retrained on basic customer service, how to speak to public. This is not growling at them.
Despicable attitudes.

Small selection of sweeties, used to be much bigger. It was a bit disappointing, wanted to get stuff for family abroad, and could hardly find anything

There are too many items on the floor, making it very cramped. Some of the items are covered in a lot of dust. The customer service is terrible.
