Just went my usual stroll to b&m tonight and witnessed a staff member be very rude to woman customer all because the woman used the trolleys that where lying all over the store no one using them as she said they where staff was he girl explained that she had no coin. There was just no need at all and the lady spoke badly... read full comment

Can never go to this shop and leave empty handed. Most of the time, I can find what I'm looking for the same, or slightly cheaper
